Denver’s Finest Grand Ballroom

You and your guests will be immediately captivated when you enter this resplendent ballroom.  The Sherman Street Event Center’s Grand Ballroom is 7,744 square feet of incredible architecture.  Graced by arced ceilings, hand painted motifs, hardwood floors, curving staircases and a 360° mezzanine this Denver event center is truly exceptional.

The Grand Ballroom, including the mezzanine, accommodates up to 700 for seated banquet events, up to 900 for seated theatre or presentation events and up to 1200 for standup events.  The open floor layout is adaptable to many types of events and allows you to be creative with your event design.  Start your event with cocktails on the mezzanine followed by dining on the main floor and end it by dancing the night away!

The Grand Ballroom Rental Fee ranges from $1,000 to $2,500 and includes eight hours total time: 2 hours setup, 5 hour event time and 1 hour for breakdown.  Security and cleaning are additional.  The event space is rented empty however we have affordable rentals for most every need.
