Standard Venue Rental Rates 

Base fee is for eight hours total time and includes 2 hours for set up, 1 hour for clean up and 5 hours for your event.
Additional hours are $150 per hour for set up and $200 per hour for event time.
Ballroom rental includes use of staging areas.

$1000.00 damage deposit required to confirm book.  Please note that this is not included in the venue rental rate.
