The Viggio Theatre

Looking for a Denver theatre or concert venue?  Theatre productions, fashion shows, concerts, weddings and corporate presentations are all fitting events for the Viggio Theatre space.  You and your guests enter the theatre lobby either by elevator or stairs laden with ornately carved woodwork.  The lobby is appropriate for a registration area, a reception area, a beverage lounge or concession space.  The Viggio Theatre space seats 300 in fixed theatre seats and accommodates an additional 100 guests on the main floor.


The Stage area has all that is needed for a professional production.  Pitch perfect acoustics, lighting, sound, backdrops and dressing rooms.

The Viggio Theatre Rental Fee ranges from $1,000 to $1,700 and includes eight hours total time: 2 hours setup, 5 hour event time and 1 hour for breakdown.  Security and cleaning are additional.  The theatre space is rented empty however we have affordable rentals for most every need.
